5. Server Rules and Player Conduct

When using the DandyCraft Minecraft server or any related community, you agree to follow all applicable server rules.

Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

• Using cheats, automated clicking software, or similar tools;
• Exploiting bugs or glitches;
• Advertising competing servers;
• Spamming or flooding chat;
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other users;

• Circumventing punishments;
• Intentionally abusing loopholes in the rules;
• Impersonating members of the Admin Team;
• Using inappropriate names or skins;
• Attempting to bypass security systems;
• Encouraging other users to violate the rules.

We reserve the right to evaluate individual situations and determine appropriate action based on the circumstances.

6. Moderation and Punishments

DandyCraft staff may take action against accounts or players that violate our rules or these Terms.

Possible actions may include:

• Warnings;
• Temporary mutes;
• Permanent mutes;
• Temporary bans;
• Permanent bans;
• Removal of content;
• Removal of virtual items;
• Suspension or termination of accounts;
• Restriction of access to specific Services.

Punishments may be based on evidence available to the Admin Team.

The Admin Team may apply standard or case-specific punishments depending on the severity of the violation, the circumstances, and the user's previous history.

We reserve the right to take action when we reasonably believe a user has violated our rules or attempted to circumvent them.

7. Appeals

If you believe that a punishment was issued incorrectly, you may submit a punishment appeal through the designated DandyCraft support or appeal system.

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that a punishment will be removed or modified.

Appeals must contain truthful and relevant information. Providing false evidence or intentionally misleading staff may result in additional punishment.

Additional requirements or deadlines may apply to specific types of punishments.

8. Virtual Items and Digital Content

DandyCraft may provide Digital Items through the Services.

Digital Items may include:

• Ranks;
• Cosmetics;
• Virtual currencies;
• Keys;
• Crates;
• Boosters;
• In-game items;
• Other virtual benefits or content.

Digital Items:

• Have no real-world monetary value;
• Cannot be exchanged for real-world currency through DandyCraft;
• Are licensed for use within the Services and are not sold as physical property;
• May be removed, modified, replaced, or discontinued when reasonably necessary.

Digital Items do not constitute ownership of any part of the DandyCraft server, software, infrastructure, or intellectual property.

9. Purchases

When you purchase a Digital Item through the DandyCraft Store, you agree that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method;
• The information provided during checkout is accurate;
• You understand what you are purchasing before completing the transaction;
• Purchasing a Digital Item does not provide immunity from server rules or punishments.

Purchases may be subject to additional store-specific terms displayed during checkout.

10. Refunds

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, purchases of Digital Items are generally considered final.

Purchasing a Digital Item does not guarantee continued access to the DandyCraft server or any particular Digital Item.

If an item is not delivered correctly, you should contact DandyCraft support as soon as possible and provide the relevant transaction information.

We may investigate payment and delivery issues and determine an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Services available and operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

• The Services may become unavailable because of:
• Maintenance;
• Updates;
• Technical problems;
• Security incidents;
• Hosting or infrastructure failures;
• Third-party service failures;
• Network problems;
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services when necessary.

12. Server Resets and Changes

DandyCraft may modify, reset, wipe, replace, or otherwise change parts of the Minecraft server.

This may include:

• Worlds;
• Player inventories;
• Claims;
• Economy balances;
• Statistics;
• Quests;
• Ranks or perks;
• Virtual currencies;
• Other game progress.

You acknowledge that progress made on the server may not be permanent.

We are not responsible for the loss of virtual progress resulting from server resets, technical issues, updates, rule enforcement, or other changes to the Services, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

13. User Content

Some DandyCraft Services may allow users to submit or publish content, including forum posts, messages, suggestions, images, or other material ("User Content").

You are responsible for the content you submit.

You must not submit content that:

• Violates applicable laws;
• Violates these Terms or our rules;
• Infringes another person's intellectual property rights;
• Contains personal or confidential information without authorization;
• Harasses, threatens, or abuses another person;
• Contains malicious software;
• Constitutes spam or unauthorized advertising;
• Is intentionally misleading or fraudulent.

We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates our rules or these Terms.

• Graphics;

• Text;
• Images;

Unless expressly permitted by us or applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit DandyCraft's intellectual property.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of DandyCraft's intellectual property.

15. Third-Party Services

DandyCraft may rely on third-party services, including hosting providers, payment processors, authentication services, Minecraft services, Discord, and other external platforms.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, policies, or actions of third-party services outside our reasonable control.

16. Security

You must not attempt to:

• Conduct unauthorized scanning or testing;

If you discover a security vulnerability, you should report it privately to DandyCraft support rather than publicly distributing information about the vulnerability.

Where appropriate, you may appeal a punishment through our designated appeal system.

Termination of access does not automatically create a right to a refund.

19. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Services will always be available;
• The Services will always be free from errors;
• All features will remain available permanently;
• Server progress will never be lost;
• Digital Items will remain unchanged;
• The Services will meet every user's expectations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DandyCraft shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or other losses arising from your use of the Services.

This may include loss of:

• Virtual items;
• In-game progress;
• Data;
• Account access;
• Revenue;
• Reputation;
• Other intangible benefits.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

This section does not apply where such an obligation would be prohibited by applicable law.

This may include changes to:

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we waive our right to enforce that provision later.
